Registration is now open.

Attendees at the Campus Engage conference will be required to register online. The following prices are inclusive of all conference materials, tea/coffee and lunch.

** Students must present a valid student identity card at registration to prove that they are registered in a full-time course.

* A person registering as a community organisation representative must be able to demonstrate this by presenting a letter on the organisations letterhead sent by mail before the conference to Campus Engage or at registration.

At least one author for each presentation must register and attend the conference. Failure to register for the conference by the above dates may result in the presentation being excluded from the conference proceedings.

Conference Dinner - Thursday, 4th June

There is an additional charge of €70 for the official conference dinner on the evening of Thursday 4th June (places are limited). The conference dinner will be held on Thursday June 4th in the historic surroundings of St. Patrick's Hall in Dublin Castle. St. Patrick's Hall is one of the most significant and prestigious public rooms in Ireland. Here the inaugurations of the Presidents of Ireland take place, as do other important State functions including State Banquets for visiting Heads of State and we are delighted to have this beautiful venue for the conference dinner.

Cancellation Policy

Provided written cancellation is received before 1st May, 2009 the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. No refunds will be given after that date. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
